IGC Closes US$13 Million Loan Facility with East West Bank for Glenarm BESS Project

Infinite Grid Capital (IGC) is pleased to announce the successful closing of a US$13 million loan facility with East West Bank for the Glenarm BESS Project in Pasadena, California, an energy infrastructure project invested in and developed by IGC.

The transaction marks IGC’s first project-level financing closed with a major institutional bank, representing an important step in the continued growth and institutionalization of its investment platform.

Reaching financial close demonstrates IGC’s ability to advance a project through development, investment, structuring and financing. The Glenarm transaction brings these capabilities together, translating project development and investment work into a completed institutional financing.

As its portfolio expands, IGC is building a more scalable capital structure that combines IGC-sponsored equity, project-level investment and institutional debt financing. This approach supports the firm’s strategy to deploy capital more efficiently and pursue larger energy infrastructure projects across North America.

Establishing relationships with institutional lenders such as East West Bank is an important part of that strategy. The successful closing provides a foundation for IGC to continue strengthening its project financing capabilities and advancing its broader investment platform.

IGC sincerely thanks the East West Bank team, its advisors, partners and everyone involved in bringing this transaction to a successful close.
