Frank brings extensive leadership experience across global manufacturing and energy industries. He has held senior roles at China GM, Wedge Clamp Systems, Craftsman Group, and served as CEO of Fix Auto China.
He specializes in building emerging industry ecosystems — from setting operational standards to structuring scalable business models and integrating complex resources across markets.
Harry Wang

Harry has deep expertise in U.S. legislative affairs and policy advocacy, having worked directly with a Governor’s Office and members of Congress.
He focuses on regulatory strategy, cross-border investment policy, and CFIUS-related advisory, helping align IGC projects with government priorities and market conditions.

Laura is an energy executive with 16+ years of experience in renewable energy and advanced battery systems. She has led large-scale energy storage deployments, driven global market expansion, and supported investment into next-generation power infrastructure.
Previously, she held senior roles at BYD.

Dr. Cinderella Wang is a cross-border finance and strategic execution leader with 15+ years across SOEs, multinational corporations, and public companies.
Her experience includes driving business development, leading IPO and JV advisory, and supporting multi-billion-dollar financings across Europe and Asia.
Alisa Chan

Alisa brings extensive experience in fundraising, asset management, and investor relations, with a background in one of China’s top private banks. She has managed multi-billion-CNY client portfolios and led channel development for high-net-worth and institutional investors.
Roy Jumbo

Roy Jumbo brings extensive experience in capital deployment and portfolio leadership across the clean energy sector. Before joining IGC, he served as a Director on AB CarVal’s energy transition team, where he deployed more than $300 million into utility-scale solar and BESS projects from late-stage development through commercial operation.
He previously led asset management at Hudson Sustainable Group and held key portfolio roles at Origis Energy and NextEra Energy (NYSE: NEE), overseeing P&L performance for nearly 16 GW of wind and solar assets. Roy holds an MBA and MS in Finance from Tulane University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Oklahoma State University.

He has led multimillion-dollar engineering initiatives across the United States, Canada, and Brazil, delivering technical excellence in project management, systems engineering, and grid integration.
Recognized for his ability to optimize processes and implement innovative engineering solutions, Heitor strengthens IGC’s technical execution capability.
Anastasia Sukhoretskaya

Anastasia leads IGC’s global marketing and communications strategy, bringing experience across clean energy, investment communications, and cross-cultural stakeholder engagement. She has worked across Canada and Asia in journalism, public relations, and corporate communications, including newsroom experience with CGTN and strategic communications roles supporting cleantech and energy-transition companies.
She holds a Master’s degree in International Journalism and is fluent in five languages.
